RTX Retail Services-a new division specifically to assist our specialized clients.
As RTX has grown its business over the last 7 years, more and more of our customers we have added an increasing percentage of customers are in the retail sector. In assisting these clients with their changing telecommunications needs, and interfacing with the disproportionate list of vendors for these companies (Point of Sale, copiers, printers, credit card processing, dial tone, gift cards, etc.), RTX has added a new division to assist these specialized clients. 
RTX Retail Services was born by request of many of our customers asked us to be the “go between” for many of their vendors because all of their systems needed to interface with the voice network, data network, or phone lines that we had installed. In assisting these clients with their changing telecommunications needs, and interfacing with all their many and varied vendors (point of sale, copiers, printers, credit card processing, dial tone, gift cards, etc.).


As our customers would install or upgrade any of their other systems, RTX was asked to get involved to solve any networking or connectivity problems-; and inevitably-, there were. Through these customer requests, By the request of our customers, RTX assumed a project management role for many of these conversions. Our involvement served two ways: In an effort to It 1) Served our customers better, and 2) Eliminated the finger pointing between vendors. Because of this, RTX has added several new products. .
